Hi, My name is Lauren I am currently a Neuroscience major and trying to decide if I want to go on the pre-medical track. I started out my freshman year of college at the University of New Hampshire and then moved to a state school in Boston 20 minutes from my house. I transferred to Tulane in the Fall 2022 semester of my Sophomore year and so far it has been a great experience. I am glad I made the decision to move far away from home because it gave me the chance to grow independently. Seeing the city of New Orleans has been such an exciting experience and I have been able to see a whole new culture. The school has pushed me academically and challenged me to push myself and achieve my own personal goals. I have gotten involved in so many clubs and activities on campus which has created a network of friends and connections for me that I will take beyond college. I hope I can share my experience with you so that this transition will be easy for you as well.
