I was born and raised in Washington, D.C. After a couple pit stops in Wisconsin, Ghana, Turkey, and Mongolia I moved to New Orleans in 2016. The city’s enthusiasm for floats, festivals, and food is infectious. The resiliency and creativity of its residence is inspiring. Being in New Orleans is having to make the difficult decision to visit an award winning restaurant, participate in a cultural festival, volunteer with an innovative NGO, or go to a friend’s incredibly delicious crawfish boil. I know figuring out if a city or school is right for you can be tough, and I’m more than happy to help you learn more about what makes Tulane and New Orleans so special.
