Tulane Book Award

The Tulane Book Award recognizes high school juniors who embody Tulane's motto of "Not for one's self, but for one's own" and have demonstrated excellence in academics, leadership, and public service. The award is given to one outstanding student at select high schools across the country every year. Each student will receive a book, a certificate of recognition, and a personal letter of congratulations that honors their achievements and uniquely identifies Tulane’s recognition of their accomplishments.

The online nomination form for high school counselors will be available February 1, 2025. If you have any questions, contact Valerie Calenda at vtimmer@tulane.edu or (800) 873-9283.
