Transferring to Tulane was the best decision I've ever made. Although I was strongly considering Tulane my freshman year, I decided to attend another university. After realizing it was not the place I wanted to be for the next three years, I decided to transfer. The decision to transfer was definitely difficult; however, choosing Tulane was not. The thought of living in New Orleans during my college career was very appealing. I knew that Tulane would provide a well-rounded education for me. One of the main things that drew me to this amazing school was hearing the students' feedback, which were only positive. Everyone I spoke to told me they loved Tulane and couldn't be happier, and that is definitely something that this transfer student wanted to hear.

The transition was a lot easier than I thought it would be. Right away, I met many other transfer students who were in the same situation as me. The University, as well as the people, were so incredibly welcoming and inclusive. I feel like I've been here forever. Compared to the college I previously attended, Tulane provides an unbelievable education, a diverse location that makes you want to stay forever, and amazing people from all over the world. I strongly encourage anyone who is considering Tulane as a transfer option to take advantage of everything this school has to offer. It is a decision I look back on every day and am so happy I made.
