Hi, I'm Taylor from Bedford, MA and I am a public health major. I debated transferring schools after my freshman year but ended up waiting until after my sophomore year. It took me so long to build up the courage and actually look into new schools and commit to transferring. Tulane has given me so much support, shown me new opportunities, and has such a unique environment because of the cultural impacts of the city. My transition into Tulane felt difficult because I came in as a junior which felt late and I felt like people already had established groups. This is not the case at all. I have pushed myself to try out different clubs and organizations on campus which has helped me make so many friends. New Orleans has grown to feel homey and I love that I chose Tulane. I can't wait to help you as you grow to love it too!
