Hi, I’m Juliet and I am from Orinda, California. I am majoring in Marketing with a Spanish minor. When I first arrived to New Orleans, all I could feel was excitement. My transfer orientation was enlightening, energetic, and a great way to connect with other students. I realized very early on that it was crucial to take advantage of all the opportunities provided at Tulane. I currently write for the school newspaper, The Tulane Hullabaloo, I am on the Club Soccer Team, involved in Greek Life, and more. Being at Tulane and in New Orleans pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I don’t regret it for a second. Transferring can be seen as a lonely and frightening process, however, there is a mighty Transfer representation within the Tulane community. I would love to share the countless opportunities at Tulane, and how much the entire community is supportive of you getting involved.
