Rebecca Ancira co-chaired the committee that developed the Louisiana Promise and has been part of the LCCA since its inception. As a first-generation college student, native of Louisiana, and graduate of a Jefferson Parish public high school (Go Hurricanes!), the mission of the LCCA is a personal one.
